DEPOSIT

A $85.00 non-refundable deposit is required to put your quilt order in my queue. Once the deposit is paid, your name is on my list.  This deposit can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Etsy for ALL.  Locals may pay via PayPal, Venmo, Cash or Check. The deposit is due before the consultation for all and is not included in the total price of the quilt. If the deposit is not paid by the consultation date, your spot in my queue will be forfeited. 

REFUNDS

There are no refunds on custom made items.  If there is a mistake that we communicated about and you have paid for AFTER I have completed the quilt, then I will offer you a discount.  The discount depends on the cost of the mistake.  

DISCOUNTS

10% discounts are given to repeated customers.  

CHANGES

Changes made by the client after the quilt has been started (whether it is part of the design, size or not), could have delays in time frame and a $40+ fee (vary according to changes) is applicable.

Changes made by Jilly Bean Sewing after the agreement could happen if there are issues with the quilt design process, ordering, quilting etc. If there are changes to be made, Jilly Bean Sewing will contact the client as soon as possible to get approval. If the changes are NOT approved by the client, Jilly Bean Sewing will give other options on how to proceed forward.

DOUBLE-SIDED QUILTS

Sadly, Jilly Bean Sewing does not offer double-sided quilts.

UNCLAIMED QUILTS

If we have to stop production on a quilt (reasons: loss of job, loss of loved one, moving), that's ok!  I will keep your quilt in my position for 12 month.  After 12 months, I will return the quilt to you.

REFUSAL OF SERVICES

Jilly Bean Sewing has the right to refuse services at any time during the quilt making process. If the client is unprofessional or does not adhere to Jilly Bean Sewing policies, the quilt will be returned immediately via mail and return of FULL deposit.
